Hello there people of TNSMOA! This page is in response to the plethora of questions regarding shipping.
The on-going efforts of reducing shipping time and pushing local to international governments to accept and expedite all packages arriving at your local postal office is still in play. The world has recently taken a big hit and online stores are no exception. The logistics have gotten chaotic as our workers have decreased and local logistic workers are no longer willing to work as they usual have due to the lack of distancing in their respective work environment.
We are working as fast as we can to get your orders shipped to your doorsteps and have been since January 2020 when COVID-19 initially spread in Wuhan, China. We will not be responding to emails regarding shipping inquiries as this page will serve as our response. Your packages have indeed been shipped and sent and it is up to your respective government to decide whether they want to accept your shipment or not. There is a very low chance that your local postal office will ship your package back to us but if this ever does happens, we will notify our affected customer immediately with instructions on what to do next.
Again, please do not worry too much, we are doing all we can to make sure your orders arrive in front of your doorstep as it is a matter of time before your order gets to your doorsteps.
